STRIVE EMPLOYMENT READINESS PROGRAM

Strive is a work development and employment program to empower residents. The program is designed to help "hard to employ" individuals get prepared for the workforce. Many of our residents complete the Strive program and gain employment. Strive specializes in training individuals who have been considered "hard to employ". Many of the students at strive have served time in jail, received welfare, or were homeless. The individuals who complete the Odyssey Program and Strive become acclimated back into society and remain drug-free. They become productive citizens.
